El secretario del trabajo y previsión social del estado Renato Sandoval reiteró este jueves, que en Baja California no se está aplicando la resolución de la suprema corte de justicia de la nación sobre la ley del IMSS, que establece un tope en las pensiones a trabajadores, además aclaró que no es retroactiva, es decir no afectará a las personas que ya están pensionadas, en caso de que se aplique, pero insistió en que se debe reconsiderar su aplicación.
